We only really know what we have lived, and this knowledge remains with us for eternity. Yes, the only thing that is not erased, that we can even carry into the other world, is knowledge we have verified by our own experience and which has become flesh and bone for us. This is why the initiates strive to choose what is essential and to live it. They reject all the rest, knowing that if they do not do so consciously and voluntarily, they will have to abandon it in any case when they leave the earth. You too must understand the advantage of living your knowledge, of tasting it and practising it until you feel it become part of you. Then, not only can this knowledge never be taken from you, but when you return to the earth, you will bring it back with you.
