Evil rises up against good, it fights good, but in reality …
Evil rises up against good, it fights good, but in reality evil only exists insofar as the Creator has given evil the right to do so. Evil will disappear as soon as the Creator decides it should be so. Good is eternal and evil is transient, but we, human beings, do not have the power to make it disappear. Only the Lord Himself possesses this power. He does not need us, human beings - so weak, puny and ignorant - to help Him win over evil; indeed our weapons are so very ineffective. So, what can we do? Since only God can oppose evil, we must let Him in, let heaven penetrate us, manifest itself in us and work through us. Through us, God will see to it that good takes the place of evil.
