In a spiritual teaching, you learn to go beyond the limits of your ordinary consciousness and mentally project yourself very high, all the way to the supreme Being, who embraces all creatures and nourishes them with his existence. Thanks to the efforts you make to move closer to this infinitely luminous, powerful Being, you activate movement in your subconscious, conscious and superconscious mind, and what you experience then is inexpressible. You must do this exercise until you no longer feel you exist as a separate entity but are merging with the ocean of light, which alone can give you a sense of what it is to be the Creator. In this fusion with cosmic light, you will find knowledge, freedom and joy.
