Philosophy of the Initiates - drawing ever closer to it

Artists, philosophers and even some scientists tend to live more in their own inner world than in the outer world. But as they do not always know how to control this inner world, many are swept along dangerous paths and reach dead ends where, without a true philosophy to guide them, they become totally lost. Their favourite words are, ‘In my opinion, this… In my opinion, that... To my mind…’ Well, they may consider themselves to be gifted creators and innovators, but if they are working contrary to the great natural laws, they are nothing but anarchists. There exists one eternal philosophy, passed down by Initiates through the ages, and our work here is to draw ever closer to this philosophy. This does not mean that we must no longer express ourselves in our own way. We can express ourselves as we wish in original, even unique ways, but all the while embracing the philosophy of the Initiates.*
