Human beings - their experiences are different but in their essence they are identical
Human beings are all different, but that is not because their spirits are different. All spirits are flames, sparks bursting forth from the bosom of the Eternal, and are of the same quintessence as He, just as the drops of water that spray from the ocean share the same qualities and properties due to their common origin. Spirits are therefore identical, but as they each had a particular mission to fulfil when they left the womb of the Eternal, they each had to follow a different path and pass through different regions. They have all lived diverse adventures, and acquired varied impressions and knowledge along the way. So their experiences are different, but in their quintessence, in their sublime nature, they are identical.
