Seed - once planted, a bond is established between the earth and the heavens

When you sow a seed in the ground, an immediate bond is established between the earth and the heavens. The sun sends the seed its light and heat, the earth supplies it with moisture, and the seed begins to grow. All you have done is plant a seed in the earth, but at the same time you have activated a phenomenon in the heavens. The same process also takes place within us. For example, we put a seed (food) into the earth (our stomach), and the heavens (our brain) immediately send currents towards the food that we have absorbed and transform it into energy, feelings and thoughts. As soon as we put food in our stomach, forces converge on it from all parts of our body and set to work on it.*
