Sometimes, at the theatre, an inconsiderate member of the audience will go and sit in the front row, hoping that no one will come and move them. But along comes an usherette who asks for their ticket and sends them to the gallery; then the person who has reserved the seat comes to take their place. Well, it’s the same thing in life. Those who manage, by scheming, to get hold of the place reserved for a more worthy person will have to vacate it, one way or another, and those who stay modestly in the shadows may be called to fulfil the highest functions. So if someone momentarily occupies the place which should be yours, don’t worry. The ‘usherette’ will eventually come, and the usurper will be sent packing. Yes, in this great theatre of life, everyone receives a number corresponding to their rightful place. It is their task to find this number and to know how to interpret its significance for themselves.
