Human beings - we need to be alone and we also need to interact with other people

Human beings must learn to live together as brothers and sisters, for it is in a collective, fraternal setting that we have the best conditions to evolve. This does not mean, of course, that we must constantly be together without ever taking some time apart. No, that would be an exaggeration. We need to be alone to turn inwards and replenish our energies: reading, listening to music, meditating and praying. But then, once we have recharged our batteries and are feeling rich and strengthened by all that we have received in solitude and silence, it is good to associate with others and share what we have received with them. In this way we strike a balance: satisfying the part of our nature that needs solitude, as well as another part that can only develop by interacting with other human beings.

“Through my teaching, I wish to give you essential notions about the human being: how he is built, his relationship with nature, the exchanges he must make with the universe, in order to drink from the sources of divine life. …ˮ
