Higher Self - working to attain it by refining our psychic matter
Know that you are all divinities. Yes, through your higher Self, you are divinities, and you live in a very lofty region free from illness, suffering, limitations and darkness. However, your lower nature does not yet allow you to sense or manifest the life of fulfilment that is yours on high. Our lower nature is obtuse, limited, ill-adapted and poorly tuned, just like a radio that cannot pick up certain frequencies. Cosmic Intelligence emits waves throughout the sublime regions, but they are so rapid and so short, and the matter of which we are formed is so dense and opaque, that it cannot be tuned to the vibrations of these divine messages: they slip by us and pass without leaving a trace. Until we have worked on ourselves to refine our psychic matter, we will have no idea of what we are on high.
