Supreme Being - project yourself up to Him by means of thought, and melt into Him
If you want to go beyond the limitations of your ordinary level of consciousness, you must learn to project yourself to a great height by means of thought, until you reach the Being who embraces all creatures and nourishes them with his life. The efforts you make to draw closer to this infinitely luminous and powerful Being will trigger movements in your subconscious, your consciousness and your superconsciousness—and the experience will be indescribable. Persevere with this exercise until you sense that you no longer exist as a separate entity, that you are melting into the ocean of light that is God. It is in this fusion with cosmic light that you will find knowledge, liberation and happiness.
