Inner state - surround yourselves with harmonious, beautiful presences that will penetrate you

When you look at a rose, you immediately sense something so poetic that your whole inner state is transformed by it. A sensation, however slight, a feeling, however faint, changes something in the very depth of your being. When you gaze at a flower, it speaks to you with the language of its colour, form and fragrance, opening an inner path through your subtle bodies, so that the corresponding shape, perfume and colour are awakened in your soul. The same thing occurs, of course, with a repulsive object. This is why you must be careful to surround yourselves only with all that is harmonious, beautiful and pure, for these influences penetrate to the core of your being. And as there are qualities and virtues on the spiritual plane that correspond to this harmony, it follows that, little by little, these qualities and virtues will begin to manifest themselves in you.
