Etheric body - to stimulate its activity, never eat you fill completely
It is important to stop eating before you are completely full. Why? In order to leave some work for your etheric body. Yes, to fill this little bit of space you have left, your etheric body is driven to seek more nourishment from subtler regions. After a moment, not only will you stop feeling hungry but you will be filled with new energy, psychic as well as physical. Whereas if you eat until you are full, the activity of your etheric body will be paralyzed, and this is very bad for your health—your whole organism will be in danger of stagnating. You must never do anything to paralyze your etheric body; rather, you must stimulate it to be active, for it is thanks to the etheric body’s activity that we remain in good health. And in order to stimulate the activity of the etheric body, you must not sate your physical body. On the contrary, it is this slight deprivation felt by the physical body that urges the etheric body to get to work.
