Jesus’ sacrifice - he opened the path for us, but it is up to us to walk it

Christians claim that they are saved because Jesus came down to earth and shed his blood for them. Jesus did indeed come to save humanity, but not in the way that Christians understand it. If they were truly saved, why are they still embroiled in the same wars, the same misery and the same diseases? The sacrifice that Jesus made has a wholly different meaning. At the time that Jesus came, the psychic path between heaven and earth was blocked. All the disgraceful behaviour, all the criminal thoughts and feelings, and all the unbridled passions of previous generations had created a host of monstrous creatures on the astral plane, preventing all but a few exceptional beings from making spiritual progress. So, Jesus sacrificed himself to clear that path; the blood he shed appeased the appetite of all those monsters, and that is an infinitely greater sacrifice than we can imagine. From that moment on, the path was open to all, but it is up to each individual to make the effort to walk along it. Thus, Jesus truly did save human beings, but not in the sense that Christians have understood it. The path to heaven is now clear, but it is up to us to make the journey.
