Communicating with heaven - climb to the heights of your inner being and let yourself float in the light
If you truly want to communicate with heaven, start by making an effort to climb to the heights of your inner being, and by means of thought, remain there as long as possible. But as it is difficult to sustain this intensity for very long, after a few moments you can relax your concentration and allow yourself to be carried by the light, as if floating on a calm sea, thinking of nothing, feeling almost nothing. But your living, vibrant soul continues to be present, steeped in the purest, most luminous elements. Then, when you must to return to your daily activities, you will feel that these spiritual elements have restored and harmonized every part of your being, because your will to work and your desire to help and love others have increased. And this is a sensation that cannot lie.
