Understanding - true understanding is a sensation

Learn to bring yourself into harmony with this great cosmic body, the universe, because this harmony embraces all that is good: health, joy, light and inspiration. Those who work to achieve such harmony begin to feel the whole of their being vibrating in unison with the universe, and come to understand what life, creation and love are. But not before. Beforehand, it is impossible to understand. Intellectually, outwardly, we can always imagine that we understand something, but this is not so. Genuine understanding is not the work of a few brain cells; the whole body is involved, even our feet, our arms, our stomach and liver. The whole body must understand in every one of its cells. True understanding is a sensation: you feel something, and then you know and understand it, because you have tasted it. No amount of intellectual understanding can compare with sensation.*
