Acts - they provide more joy than thoughts and feelings do

Every being needs to think in order to satisfy the intellect, to feel emotion to satisfy the heart, and, finally, to act so as to satisfy the will. But it is through action that we know the greatest joy. Fulfilment is not found in understanding or feeling, but in achievement. When we perform an action, we feel in tune, at one with the primordial force. Action is the result of the concentration of all our energies, with the participation of every cell in our being, leading to its successful achievement.* This is why every act of kindness, wisdom, selflessness and love carried out with full awareness brings us fulfilment.
